We also carry out assessments for conditioning reports, structural reports and damp surveys. The assessments carried out usually consist of looking for defects, damp, bridging, access issues, condition of existing brickwork or insulation, if repointing is necessary, guttering spills & leakages, damp proof course, removal of old insulation, position of flues, heating measures and many other factors that define the suitability of if the property can be insulated and to what extent.

Consultation and Site Assessment
The survey approach will be external first and then carried out internally to make sure that the property is suitable for the works to be carried out and what improvements and remedies need to be made prior to installation. We have all types of fancy gadgets that really cut down the time to complete a survey, so rest assured we will not take too long!

Our Timescales
On average, around 7 days, depending upon the funding process and relevant government checks to be carried out. Rest assured we will keep you up to speed on every step of your application.
